We offer two types of shipping:

Standard shipping: Receive it within 3 to 5 business days. FREE to the entire peninsula.

Express shipping: Receive it within 24 to 48 business hours. 9.90€ to the entire peninsula.

Once your order leaves our warehouses, the shipping company will send you an email with the necessary information to track your order.

  1. Can I return or exchange an item and what is the process?

Yes, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to make an exchange or return, except for jewelry products, made-to-order products, and personalized products. To initiate the return process, send us an email to devoluciones@majorellebcn.com and we will respond within 24-48 business hours with the instructions detailed to complete the return.
