Majorelle Barcelona is not just a fashion brand. It is the reflection of a passion that has been passed down from generation to generation, of a family heritage filled with art, sensitivity, and love for handmade creations.
From a very young age, fashion was part of our lives. Claudio grew up among fabrics and patterns, inspired by his grandmother Marisa, a haute couture seamstress in Barcelona, whose hands turned each garment into a small work of art. Cristina, with her workshop in Alella, is a textile artist who transforms threads into authentic crochet and knitting jewels. And Ari, who as a child watched her mother's creative process with fascination, understood that fashion is a way to tell stories without saying a word.
A Journey, A Destination
The dream of Majorelle Barcelona was born in Marrakech, among the vibrant colors of the souks and the calm of the Majorelle Gardens. During a walk, two people approached us to ask about our garments. One of them, captivated by a handmade bag by Cristina, made us realize that what we were carrying had soul and history. It was a revealing moment.
An Idea with the Best Sunset
That same afternoon, on the rooftop of Café de France, with the sunset as our witness, we decided to turn that emotion into a real project. Thus, Majorelle Barcelona was born, a perfect tandem: Claudio, with his engineering mind, gives us structure and strategic vision; Cristina, the artist, is the creative soul, who weaves and designs with a special sensitivity; and Ari, an economist with the soul of an advertiser, is the spark that drives the business with his spontaneity and creativity. Together, we balance passion, art, and strategy to bring Majorelle Barcelona to life.
